In 2004 founded ZanderMax Technologies to fuel and propel the efforts of companies in the LTE and WiMax ecosystems. ZanderMax had a very strong technology specific focal point and approach, giving their client base a very strategic recruitment partner harnessing talent from direct competitors with strong technology experience parallels.

In 2009 founded and successfully spun off ZanderGreen Technologies in order to capitalize and bridge into the SmartGrid and Renewable Energy spaces with the same technology specific focal point.
